New Renton entertainment destination opens
Topgolf is now open in Renton with a new state-of-the-art indoor and outdoor venue.
Topgolf is in a three-story building on Logan Avenue just south of The Landing and features a bar, restaurant, and event space. There are three indoor Swing Suite simulators, 102 bays outdoors for hitting, and signature food and drink items. Music and other entertainment provided is appropriate for people of all ages.
Additional features at Topgolf include updated ball dispenser units and the signature “Toptracer” ball tracing technology for which Topgolf is known. Gen Gray, chief operating officer for Topgolf, said that this technology is the ideal fit for this location, with it behind something of a tech hub.
The venue in Renton is also the first of the company’s 78 facilities around the world to have an atrium with natural sky light, terraces, patios, and yard games. For those who are looking for a more traditional sports bar, Topgolf offers a giant television wall and typical bar food and drink, such as beer and nachos.
Staff members are still being hired for the facility as it is expected that 500 people will be employed there. Many of such jobs may require business card printing services.
Topgolf is open seven days a week. Hours are Monday through Thursday from 10:00 am to 11:00 pm, Friday and Saturday from 10:00 am to 1:00 am, and Sunday from 10:00 am to 11:00 pm.
