Auto event rolls into Aberdeen

An event that should please auto enthusiasts of all levels of skills and interest is on the schedule for Aberdeen.

The Rough or Ready Car Show is organized by the Test of Time, a local car club. Anyone who is interested is invited to bring their vehicle, whether it is “rough” or “ready,” to the show. A “rough” car is one that is unfinished, or that someone found abandoned in a barn and is restoring or is in otherwise “rough” shape. A “ready” vehicle is one that has been finished to the owner’s satisfaction. There will be prizes awarded in both categories.

The first 100 participants to arrive will receive goody Bags. In addition, there will be music, door prizes, raffles including a 50/50 draw, and hand-crafted awards.

The Test of Time is a car club that is non-profit and volunteer run. It educates people about automobiles and preserves and promotes autos as a hobby. The Test of Time is family-oriented and is active throughout the Aberdeen and Grays Harbor area, working to support local charities. Poster printing can be used to create striking Posters to advertise events like this.

The show is scheduled for the Shoppes at Riverside, on South Boone Street in Aberdeen. The fun begins at 9.00 am on July 31. Registration fees are $15 for those who pre-register, or $20 on the day of the event.
