Upcoming show will showcase vintage vehicles

The Shelburne Museum Classic Auto Festival is taking place for three days next month. It is a celebration of the 63rd anniversary of the Vermont Automobile Enthusiasts.

Spaces are still available for exhibitors of cars, motorcycles, trucks, tractors, and street rods. Fees are $35 per vehicle and registrants will receive a dash plaque and four admission tickets. Awards in various categories will be handed out at the end of the festival.

There is a day of activities planned in addition to the display of cars. There will be children’s activities, hands-on art activities, and Hot Wheels racing. There is also set to be a fashion show, a costume contest and a parade.

A special cocktail reception will be held for Barnstormer’s and Director’s Circles members of the museum on June 4 from 5:00 – 7:00 PM. Guests will enjoy beer, wine and appetizers.

Car lovers from all over the area, including many from nearby Hinesburg, are sure to want to visit this festival. Flyers may be distributed to help spread the word.
