The 2026 Summer Concert Series takes place in Lower Bayside Park, and every performance begins at 6.30 pm. The upcoming show begins the transition to the cooler months. When they plan performances like this, organizers can help support them by using poster printing to create advertising.
The group on the schedule is the Buck Hollers Band, who play a wide range of genres. Audiences might hear jump blues and Mississippi Delta music from Louis Jordan or Muddy Waters, traditional country from artists like Ray Price and Johnny Cash, Tom Waits’ soulful music, Bob Dylan’s poetic works, sea shanties and Celtic melodies, rockabilly by Asleep at the Wheel, and even originals by the band. The group has played more than 100 events throughout North Country New York and Northwest Vermont and has been invited back numerous times by venue managers. A review says:
“A wonderful talent and a real treat. Musicality is spot on and stage presence, humility and humor make for a really well-rounded show.”
The concert is scheduled for Thursday, August 6, and parking is available at Bayside Park. People are encouraged to bring picnic baskets, blankets, and lawn chairs to enjoy the evening. In case of inclement weather, the performance will move into the Colchester Recreation Center at 80 Dick Mazza Drive. There is no admission charge for the concert, and the food vendor for the evening is Maharaja Spice.
