Halloween offers perfect networking opportunity

The Burlington Young Professionals Group (BYP) is hosting the Halloween Ghoul Fest very shortly. It is presented by Party City.

Guests, some of whom are bound to make the

short trip from Hinesburg, will be treated to food and drink and can enter a costume contest. There will be a cash prize for best overall costume, while the best themed and runner-up entrants will receive prizes from the sponsor of the event. Even for those not taking part in the competition, a costume is suggested.

Aside from the scares, the main reason for this festival is networking. The Burlington Young Professionals Group is an organization for young business leaders between the ages of 25 and 34. Membership costs $50 a year or $25 for students. Members can attend a number of networking events and take part in workshops on topics such as ‘Start your own Business’.

For this event, and the other networking opportunities presented by the BYP, digital Business Cards are sure to be important. Many members, or soon-to-be members of the BYP, will no doubt be placing a new business card printing order in advance of attending.
