Craft show helps kick off the holiday shopping season

The Essex Fall Craft and Fine Art Show is taking place over three days next month.

This show is normally seen as the beginning of the holiday shopping season and there will be over 100 vendors on hand who will be selling a variety of handmade items. Goods expected to be offered for sale include woodworking, clothing, home and garden accessories, homemade candles, and gourmet foods.

Also taking place in the same building will be the Vermont Antique Expo and Sale. Dealers from all around the state will be on hand to offer antiques and vintage collectibles. Booths are still available for this show; fees are $260 for a 13 x 8-foot booth, $375 for 20 x 8, and $500 for 30 x 8.

Both of these shows are an opportunity for both the sellers and the public. No doubt there will be many items appropriate for gift giving.

It is likely people from all over the area, including those from nearby Hinesburg, will decide to take in at least one day of the show. To advertise, organizers will probably invest in flyer or brochure printing services.
