The 10th Annual Lake Champlain Pond Hockey 2021 Classic tournament is scheduled in a few months in Colchester.
The event will take place on Malletts Bay and will be presented by Labatt Blue. The sporting event began in 2012, giving participants the opportunity to lace up their skates and play outdoor hockey for three days. Over 150 teams are expected to compete in more than 350 games utilizing 14 rinks throughout the weekend.
The Pond Hockey Classic is an event management company that specializes in pond hockey tournaments across the country. The mission of the grassroots organization is to provide a traditional experience that blends competition with hockey nostalgia.
Many of the hockey events benefit local charitable organizations and community projects. The weekend-long tournaments are designed to create fun in a competitive setting and long-lasting memories for hockey enthusiasts.
