A Midland venue has announced its plans to host a unique social gathering this autumn to bring the community together over a shared love of cake.
The Midnight Mixer Cake Social will be coming through Midland this October, providing a new kind of social event to residents who want to escape from the norm. The Halloween-themed social gathering will involve each attendee bringing a full homemade cake to the party. After all participants have arrived, they will be separated into groups, with each group receiving a five-minute window to grab the slices that stand out.
After the timer ends, guests can take their collection of slices to their tables and indulge in the ensuing sugar rush. Over 20 cakes are expected at the event, and guests can enjoy themed mocktails from Just Right Cocktails. Poster printing offers a cost-effective way to get a brand in front of a larger audience through passive impressions.
Guests will receive a Midnight Mixer goodie bag to commemorate their experience. Several local vendors will also be at the host venue, giving attendees a chance to support local businesses. Allergen information is required for each cake.
The Beehive Market, located on Andrews Highway in Midland, is set to host the cake social. It starts at 6:00 pm on Friday, October 23. Interested individuals can book a spot online for $32.48.
