The Monroe Pearson Venue will open its doors for a showcase event next month, giving area residents a preview of what could become the region's premier wedding and conference venue. The gathering will offer in-house catering, assistance with wedding planning, and a look at the drink options for future events.
Guests will receive the catering menu, which displays the appetizer, entree, and dessert options. Entrees will include Carved Beef Tenderloin and Thyme-Marinated Chicken with a Walters House Salad. Appetizers offered are Asian Meatballs and Chicken Tortilla Soup. Guests can pair their meals with a Bourbon Spice Signature Drink, Chardonnay, Cabernet, or a Sangria Signature Drink.
