North Lakes Park welcomes the festive Chasin’ Christmas event this holiday season, offering walkers and runners the option of competing in a 5k and 10k course.
It will also feature a new Kid’s Dash for the younger participants who want to be part of the celebrations.
Denton locals and visitors who sign up to compete will receive themed finisher medals and event shirts. The top age-group winners, on the other hand, will earn special awards for their performance in the different divisions. With the Kid’s Dash, children compete in a short 100-200 meter sprint.
Registration is open until the day of the race, with early sign-ups getting the option to choose preferred shirt sizes.
