Denton will soon be hosting a 5K marathon open to all residents. This competition is open to all ages, and proceeds will be used to benefit Denton Public Schools.
The Denton Dash Family 5K is celebrating its 14th anniversary, and this year's event is expected to draw a diverse crowd. All participants will be provided with a commemorative T-shirt, and prizes are awarded based on finishing places. A trophy will be presented to the top male and female runners, and additional medals are provided to the winners of specific age groups.
