Denton’s 2026 fundraising calendar will be off to a good start with a themed party.
Hosted by the Denton County Lawyers Foundation, Denton Mardi Gras 2026 will be the fifth annual event with a focus on both raising funds and making an impact in the community. The theme for 2026 is “Back to Bourbon Street: A Luxe Night of Lights, Libations & Laissez-Faire.”
The celebration will feature elements that represent the iconic culture of New Orleans Mardi Gras, such as festive lights, décor, music, food, and drink. Attendees can expect an evening of networking, entertainment, and food and beverage stations, with Mardi Gras-influenced cocktails and small plates. Live music and performers will also take place throughout the evening.
In addition to offering a fun evening full of entertainment and indulgence, the event also creates an opportunity to give back to children in Denton County who have been involved with the justice system. Funds raised during Denton Mardi Gras 2026 will directly impact Denton County Adoption Day, an event that works with families to finalize adoptions for children in foster care, as well as the county’s only standalone visitation center, which offers families a safe, supervised place to visit. Event sponsors could distribute Promotional Products at such an event.
Denton Mardi Gras 2026 is scheduled to take place on Saturday, February 14 from 7:00 pm to 10:00 pm at the Greater Denton Arts Council.
