A combination wine bar and market with a gourmet twist will be opening in the near future at the Plaza at Preston Center.
Michelle Bonds is fulfilling a dream with the opening of her Trova Wine + Market, where she will be selling glasses as well as bottles of wine, imported food, snacks, and deli items. She also has plans to offer tastings and classes. She envisions her place as being one for celebrating wine, enjoying food while sipping a glass with friends, or picking up the perfect foodie gift.
Bonds has retrofitted a former antique shop located at 404 Villanova Street for her establishment and hired Culinary Institute of America graduate, Chef Sophie Lynn, to oversee menu development. So far, Bonds says the menu will include a tartare, cheese boards, and four each of sandwiches and salads. In addition to utilizing organic and local farms stuffs whenever possible, Trova Wine + Market will sell unique locally and imported food items
A wine cellar of around 200 bottles is being compiled by sommelier Cameron Cronin. Wine as well as food Menus are among many places a well-crafted Logo Design can be utilized to build a brand.
An opening date has not be announced yet but Bond is aiming for mid-July. One thing that is for certain is that a rotating menu will be featured. Bond prefers to keep her patrons guessing at what they will find at Trova Wine + Market.
