Known for their hyper-creative ice cream flavors, Salt & Straw offer an endless rotation of monthly specials. The Dallas store as well as the one in Fort Worth will highlight chef-driven classics such as a combo of Salted Malted Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough and Double Fold Vanilla. The dish features the company in-house made cookie dough that includes the same malt used for brewing amber ale as well as combining two types of salt with a sweet counterpoint of thick malted fudge.
As per usual the shops will integrate themselves into their respective neighborhoods by entering into hyper-local collaborations designed to celebrate the individual character of the neighborhood. They hope to become a gathering space for their communities where customers will feel comfortable lingering and sampling the shop’s many flavors.
The Dallas Salt & Straw will be located at 2323 N. Henderson Ave. while the Fort Worth store will be at 1305 W. Magnolia Avenue.
