L.A. Proper Hotels luxury brand sets sights on Dallas

A luxury hotel and residences will be built by California-based Property Hospitality on a four-acre site in Uptown Dallas.

The planned-for Dallas Proper Hotel and Residences 34-story tower will be built at 2500 Cedar Spring Road, which Dallas-based Lincoln Property Company purchased in 2024. President and co-founder of Proper Hospitality, Brian De Lowe, said:

"This is more than a hotel or residential offering. It’s a fully integrated destination for how people want to live and gather today."

The Dallas Proper Hotel will have five bar and lounge concepts, three restaurants, and a rooftop pool deck. The hotel will contain 200 rooms and suites as well as 22,000 square feet of event space.

Print shops can supply Copies of the many types of Blueprints required in construction.

A members-only Proper Club is available at the Dallas Proper Hotel with its own restaurant, work areas, lounge, pool and bar. Proper Club members also enjoy access to the complete 15,000-square-foot Wellness Center, which features holistic therapies, fitness and recovery with terraces, cultural programming and indoor and outdoor lounges.

The upper floors of the tower will offer around 80 branded homes featuring from one to four bedrooms as well as penthouses that are one- or two-story, offering panoramic city views. Perks for residential owners will include access to a private owners’ lounge, dining terrace and rooftop pool along with the Wellness Center and Proper club.

Dallas proper is expected to open in 2029.
