A list of the best new restaurants in America for 2019 compiled, by the Vox Media website Eater, has included eateries in Dallas and two other Texas cities.
It took traveling to 17 cities over four months by Hillary Dixler Canavan, restaurant editor, to put together the list, along with help from various city editors of the Eater. California, New York, and Texas rule the list with three positions each. For Texas, the cities and their establishments are: San Antonio – The Jerk Shack, Houston – Indigo, and Dallas – Khao Noodle Shop.
