Randy Stenger, CEO and founder of Extreme Sandbox, touted what he called “heavy-equipment adventures” on Shark Tank in 2016, and now he is bringing it to Sachse, about 25 miles from Dallas.
Customers could include those wanting to scratch big equipment operation off their bucket list, or those participating in a corporate event. Another possibility is receiving a trip to the Extreme Sandbox as a birthday gift. Among the equipment available for use will be bulldozers, excavators, mini excavators, and wheel loaders.
Banner printing services are used to promote new businesses, sometimes even before they have opened, and are often used in conjunction with Promotional Products to increase name recognition.
The company has a variety of heavy construction equipment. Customers will receive 20-30 minutes of training and then use of their chosen machine on their own for 30 minutes. A single person can be trained on and operate one piece of equipment for $195. Those wishing to try their hand at three of the machines can do so for $895.
The Extreme Sandbox in Sachse will take up 10 acres at PMB Capital Investments' mixed-use development, The Station. The Dallas-based PMB is a real estate investment and development company that is privately held. Presently under construction, The Station will cover 134 acres and provide over 1,000 new residences.
According to a press release, Extreme Sandbox will open in September.
