Savvy White Rock Center, the highly popular shopping center in Lake Highlands, will be welcoming a new bar next year.
To be located in East Dallas where Northcliff Drive and Buckner Boulevard Drive intersect, BarNone is the brainchild of husband-and-wife team Todd and Jennifer Dickerson. Also involved in the project is Jack and Karen Rohde, Jennifer’s parents.
The Dickersons see BarNone as first and foremost a friendly “watering hole” where beer, wine and signature drinks will be available and patrons can watch “the game”. However, food such as all-American favorites like Manhattan clam chowder, clams casino, Buffalo wings, and an assortment of sandwiches, including hamburgers made from in-house ground meat will be available as well.
Banner printing services are often employed prior to and during the opening of a new venture.
Todd Dickerson has 31 years of experience in the food and beverage industry. The career restaurateur has been the managing partner of Angry Dog for two decades and is also the former co-founder, CEO, and president of Dallas Grilled Cheese Company.
Jennifer Dickerson has insight into the food industry via her family, which owns Bud’s Salads, a supplier of produce to distributors, food manufacturers, and produce companies for 45 years.
The architectural firm Malone Maxwell Borson, also a tenant of White Rock Center, has been given the job of designing BarNone. An opening is scheduled tentatively for Spring 2020.
