The 16th Annual Dallas Tour of Homes hosted by the American Institute of Architects (AIA), and the only one of the city’s homes tours to be curated entirely by architects, will be taking place in early November.
Homes on the tour comprise a diversity of square footages, styles, and price points and this year include classic mid-century modern designs.
One home, located on Maple Springs and the first on the tour, is the 1950 “Honor for Excellence in Residential Architecture” Dallas Design Award winner. The home’s designer, who is also its owner, is Dallas architect Harold Prinz.
Real estate agencies frequently turn to printing services for the colored Flyers and Booklets they use to advertise their properties.
Other homes on the in-person tours are located in Preston Hollow, Colleyville, Southlake, Lake Forest Hills, Bluffview, and University Park. These on-site tours take place on November 5 and 6 at 10 am, highlighting the best in unique and innovative residential design. Among the homes will be ground-breaking homes across the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex.
Tickets for this event are $125, $50, or $20 for a VIP pass, weekend admission or single home ticket purchase respectively. Tickets will also include access on the tour weekend to the AIA Dallas app, which contains tour content with maps, photos and descriptions of homes on the tour.
