Due to COVID-19, Victor Hugo’s was forced to close in May following a seven-year run. The incoming wine bar will mirror the former establishment’s hours, which were opening for service during lunch and dinner, with brunch added on Saturdays and Sundays.
When introducing a new establishment, Logo Design is a critical component for long-term success.
Sharon Van Meter, the owner, was quoted by Culture Map Dallas as saying:
"Beckley 1115 is going to be a great wine bar, where you will be able to get wine by the glass, bottle, or case, with locally focused food. One of the things I love about the location is the incredible patio, and I want to do more to develop the outdoor space."
Enhancing the outdoor space will include adding a garden with a prominently positioned wooden table to showcase “chef in the garden” events, where local chefs will be spotlighting their own wine dinners.
According to Van Meter the wine selection will be expansive and will range from $300 bottles of wine to the inexpensive glass, and will include some Texas wines.
If all goes according to plan, Beckley 1115 will open in August.
