90Ten secures space in two Dallas neighborhoods

The Dallas-based real estate investment firm, 90Ten, which specializes in boutique retail properties, has very recently acquired property in the Dallas neighborhoods of Lower Greenville and Bishop Arts.

In a new release 90Ten’s managing partner, Tripp Russ, who founded the firm in 2023, said:



“Dallas continues to solidify its position as one of the country’s most dynamic retail markets, and we’re excited to deepen our investment in the city through two of its signature neighborhoods.”




The recently purchased properties contain some of the most up-and-coming shops and restaurants in the city and are located in Lower Greenville at 2908-2937 Greenville Avenue and in Bishop Arts at 301-321 N. Bishop Avenue.

Real estate companies make ample use of local printing services to advertise their listings.

The Lower Greenville property includes the European-style Café Duro, boutique rental property Casa Duro, upscale steakhouses Goodwins and Goodwins To Go, and the Italian restaurant Sister. The property in Bishop Arts contains the following tenants – Hunky’s a burger diner; Palmieri Café, which serves Italian pastry and coffee; Dolly on Bishop, a vintage clothing store; the Kawaii Candle Co. gift shop and cosmetic retailer Simply Bella.

90Ten has property in other areas of Texas including the space occupied by Ariat, a clothing and Apparel brand, in the South Congress district of Austin located at 1323 S. Congress Avenue. According to the firm, it continues to be in the market to acquire properties in fast-growing markets such as Austin, Dallas and Tampa-St. Petersburg, Florida.
