According to a recent news release, the 161,000-square-foot mixed-use development on Henderson Avenue here in Dallas has garnered 11 new food and retail establishments; although it has yet to receive a name.
The development is a joint project from Ignite-Rebees, a Dallas-based development firm and New York-based Acadia Realty Trust and will be completed in the 4th quarter of 2026. Already the GFF Designed collection of 10 buildings, all connected by landscaped walkways and including public gathering spaces, has completed its construction phase. Now the work on the interior buildouts and the finish work has begun.
Despite its looming completion the development has still not be given a name; however, it is having no trouble lining up tenants for the approximately 12,000 square feet of dining space and 75,000 square feet designated for retailers.
