Unrefined Bakerys gluten-free mix of goodies coming downtown

Unrefined Bakery is opening a downtown location that will primarily be a grab-and-go establishment, but will also feature some seating located in the shopping center where Morton’s Steakhouse is located.

Downtown office workers can stop at 2222 McKinney Avenue, pick up their lunch and take it back to the office. Unrefined Bakery offers online ordering as well; once placed customers can either pick the orders up themselves or engage a delivery service to pick up and deliver them.

New eateries trying to gain the custom of local office workers often turn to a flyer printing service. In addition to offering everything carried at their Fort Worth, Rockwall, Frisco and Medallion Center locations, the McKinney Avenue store will also offer grab-and-go pizza using the company’s popular gluten-free pizza crusts.

The downtown Dallas store will have the usual gluten-free zone containing organic paleo, keto, and vegan choices, as well as a variety of healthy snacks. The company has applied for a wine and beer license with the intention of having gluten-free beer on tap.

Extended hours are planned to both tap into the morning coffee crowd, as well those who want to stay later to sit and enjoy a beer or cup of coffee.

Unrefined Flour hopes to be open by the first of November, and be up and running to accept orders for pies and ready-to-go dressing for the Thanksgiving holiday, which is the company’s busiest season of the year.
