Partenope Ristorante is a new establishment opening this fall that will be specializing in Southern Italian cuisine.
Dino and Megan Santonicola, a husband and wife team, will open their venture at 1900 Main Street in the Titche-Goettinger, according to a press release. The space, at the corner of St. Paul Street, has surprisingly been empty for a number of years.
The menu will highlight the cuisine of Naples, including traditional pastas, seafood, and street food. Of course, various styles of pizzas will be available as well, among which will be focaccia napolitana and pizza fritta. The pizza oven at Partenope Ristorante will be from well-known Naples manufacturer Stefano Ferrara.
Flyer printing is often employed prior to the opening of a new establishment. Flyers will be distributed in specific locations to advertise the opening of the new enterprise and excerpts of its menu.
Made-in-house desserts will feature Italian favorites such as gelato, flourless chocolate and almond cake, and Limoncello panna cotta. The wine list will center on Italian varietals, particularly of southern Italy, and its cocktails will underscore aperitivi as well as feature unique takes on classic drinks.
Within its 4,000-square-foot area will be 100 seats in the dining room and an additional 12 seats at the establishment’s full-service bar.
Partenope Ristorante will be open for lunch as well as dinner.
