New facility slated for brewery with biergarten
Community Beer, a brewer of craft beer, has a new 70,000 square-foot home-in-the-making at 3110 Commonwealth Drive, between Dallas’ Medical and Design districts.
The company’s headquarters will be at the Pegasus Park campus once renovations are complete. The multiuse facility will include a restaurant, two-story taproom, private event space, live music venue and an outdoor biergarten, plus a state-of-the-art production complex producing spirits and wine as well as beer.
When it comes time for new business stationery and business cards to accommodate a company’s address change, printing services are capable of smoothing the transition.
The restaurant will be full-service and open for dinner and brunch service. A variety of seating options will be available in the outdoor biergarten, including the traditional communal tables one expects to find in a biergarten, but also Adirondack chairs and hammocks. The biergarten will also have a kids’ area, dog park, outdoor bar, and an outdoor stage.
The new Community Beer Company location will have two taprooms each offering on tap more than 40-plus Community beers in addition to hard seltzers, spirits, and wine. The second taproom provides open seating with a view of the stage and biergarten as well as the production and packaging facility. This second taproom will be available to rent for private events.
It is expected that the Community Beer will be open for business this fall.
