The Harwood family of international restaurants is bringing a new member to the Harwood District – Te Deseo.
Located at 2700 Olive St. Dallas, Te Deseo, which means “I want” in Spanish, will deliver "bold flavors of Latin American-inspired cocktails and cuisine." Information gleaned from the business’s building permit, shows that Te Deseo will be a two-story restaurant taking up a square footage running into the thousands.
The restaurant will have a mix of indoor and outdoor dining space, a rooftop overlooking Dallas, and four bars. A Harwood representative has confirmed that Te Deseo will open sometime this summer, although neither a firm opening date nor a detailed menu are available right now.
A banner printing service enables an entrepreneur to advertise on location the opening of a new restaurant a couple of weeks in advance.
What is known at this stage is that the restaurant will serve high-end cuisine with an authentic Latin flair. A major part of Te Deseo’s projected appeal will be the part it plays in Dallas’ nightlife.
For the Harwood District family, Te Deseo will be its eighth restaurant. Its highly successful portfolio of restaurants has been designed to offer an array of cuisines and culinary experiences. However, the group’s portfolio has been without an establishment providing Latin cuisine – a situation that will soon be reversed.
