Dallas hotel upgrades facilities for holiday events

The Omni Dallas Hotel in Downtown Dallas takes pride in creating a festive atmosphere during the holiday, and this year it plans on going even further in their effort with the addition of an outdoor ice-skating rink.

Seasonal events often require the assistance of a banner printing service to provide directions to attendees.

Taking a leaf from the iconic Rockefeller Center in New York City, the Dallas hotel will be adding a skating rink starting November 22 and extending through January 5, 2025. The hotel, already known for its huge red ball sculptured Christmas tree ornaments at the corner of Lamar and Young streets, may next year be equally known for its holiday skating rink and other holiday themed additions.

Among these new offerings will be two hot chocolate bars, one of which will be on the Pegasus Lawn in proximity to the rink, and the other in the hotel lobby.

Also available will be the Elf Express Train Ride that will take youngsters on a trip around the hotel property and for adults, Blitzen’s Bar where adults can sip seasonal craft cocktails in a cozy yet whimsically festive atmosphere. Also, the Omni will have Santa Claus on site for Friday and Saturday selfies, and photos throughout the holiday season.

Finally, every evening at 7:30 pm there will be a holiday light show, where the building’s exterior will be wrapped in 4.1 miles of LED lights.
