B-Side Coffee is coming to Dallas

In February, the Oak Cliff neighborhood of Dallas will have a new coffee shop to replace Peaberry Coffee, which closed in mid-December after five months at the location.

The decision for Peaberry to withdraw from Oak Cliff was based on the company’s perceived need to consolidate their operations rather than a lack of interest by customers. Whitney and Caleb Marsh, owners of the shop as well as of the 2105 S. Edgefield Avenue property, decided to use the space they had already renovated to open their own coffee shop.

Among the services Print shops offer is that of Logo Design, which is necessary for any rebrand.

Whitney explained their vision for the soon to be opened B-Side Coffee saying:

“We want to make it a place where people of all ages want to come and gather, stay a little while. First and foremost, we are parents, and we want to offer a space for families to relax, have a coffee while their kids play."

She went on to explain that the shop would include a kid’s play area that includes games, soft mats and coloring stations.

The menu for B-Side Coffee is not finalized but will include locally sourced baked goods, classic coffee selections from Big Bend Coffee Roasters located in Marfa. According to the owners, they plan on sourcing as much as possible from as nearby as possible.
