After a successful first season, League One Volleyball’s Austin team will be back to defend their title in Cedar Park beginning this January.
The team is one of six in the newly set up LOVB (pronounced “Love”), and is simply known as LOVB Austin. In the last season, Austin finished fifth in the regular season but ran the table at the VOBL Finals to take home the inaugural championship, led by Texas Longhorns alumni Madisen Skinner, Logan Eggleston, and Chiaka Ogbogu, all of whom will be returning in 2026.
LOVB Austin will be back for another 14-game season this January, beginning with a First Serve game against LOVB Nebraska including, a championship banner holding in the Cedar Park arena. The league includes top players from around the world, including Olympians and former college standouts, with teams from Atlanta, Salt Lake, and other cities visiting Austin.
The 2026 season will also include a number of special promotional nights throughout the year, including the Texas Showdown against rivals Houston on January 24 and March 6, Kids Night Out, and Hometown Heroes Night. Local sports events often use Promotional Products and decorations to add a special attraction to home games.
The 2026 LOVB Austin season will kick off on Wednesday, January 7 at the HEB Center in Cedar Park, and continue on select dates until April 2.
