Coffee and beer connoisseurs will soon have a place in Cedar Park to enjoy their favorite cup of java or brew at the soon to be opened Red Horn Coffee House and Brewing Co.
Jon Lamb and Chad Misner are residents of Cedar Park along with Zack Gardner and Jared Hill, and hope to have their brewpub operational by Christmas, but the establishment is still under construction and awaiting permits.
While implementing the finishing touches to their new venture, as well as preparing for the arrival of equipment and pending permits, they can tend to other chores associated with opening a new business. Among these are contacting a Stationery printing service and ordering digital Business Cards.
Red Horn will feature food and live music in addition to its suite of coffee, which is roasted on the premises, and beer. Light meals will be served, such as cheese plates and sandwiches, to accompany the customer’s beverage of choice.
Beer choices will consist of 15 to 20 guest brews from local craft breweries on tap, as well as about six in-house offerings. The decision on which beers to brew year-round has already been made: a blond, a brown ale, a red ale, a coffee milk stout, and an IPA.
