December is coming fast, and in Cedar Park, that means it is almost time for a special community celebration, and everyone's invited.
The city will be hosting its annual tree lighting ceremony, and the venue for the festivities will be Heritage Oak Park. It has a run time of two hours, and there will be fun for all ages.
The activity will see the switch thrown on the more than 50,000 lights that make up the park’s holiday display, and this gathering will also mark the city’s 50th anniversary. Santa will be on hand to meet the kids, who can also spend some time exploring Snow Hill. Holiday music will be playing, and face painting and inflatables are on the agenda. It was explained that the lines to visit with Santa may be long, so some additional dates have been added to the calendar for this portion of the celebration.
One of the tasks of an event planner may be to trim expenses, and banner printing companies will be able to help. They can supply a variety of reusable options that take up little storage space, and they may be custom designed in a variety of ways.
The community of Cedar Park will be bringing some extra light to the holiday season with this celebration planned for Friday December 1. Santa will also be on hand for the two Saturdays after this, on December 2 and 9.
