Cedar Park will be offering a salute to former military members early next month.
The community’s Veteran Memorial Park, which is located at 2525 West New Hope Drive, has been chosen to host the function, and a variety of public and private groups will be taking part, as will many local businesses. There will be several different booths set up, and companies owned by vets will be taking pride of place.
The day will open with displays of military vehicles, and everyone will have a chance to browse through the booths. This will be followed by a Veterans Ceremony, and Alzer’s BBQ will be offering a special discount to the vets on their meal orders. The organizers explained that it provides a good opportunity for the public to show their pride and gratitude to the area’s former military members.
Events like this often call for festive Banners, and these may be sourced from a banner printing company. It will be able to supply them in a wide range of sizes and styles, ranging from ones that will be used just once to others that can be utilized over and over.
Cedar Park will be hailing its veterans on Saturday, November 6, and the celebration will begin at 10:00 am. The ceremony has a scheduled start time of 11:00 pm.
