Being part of a community’s Chamber of Commerce offers a variety of benefits, and in Cedar Park, one of these is an opportunity to attend an upcoming skill-building workshop series.
The organization will be hosting a series of sessions as part of its Leadership Cedar Park program, and applications for this continuing education opportunity are currently being accepted. It will run throughout late 2021 and early 2022, with each month offering unique learning experiences.
This nine-month program will open in August with an orientation workshop, and an overnight retreat is one the agenda for September. After this, each session will focus on a different topic, and the graduation will take place during a Cedar Park Chamber of Commerce luncheon. The tuition has been set at $750, and this covers the cost of materials, meals, fees and even a polo shirt that features a special graphic design.
The organizers of this leadership series explained that they wish to acknowledge the generosity of its local corporate sponsors. There are a variety of ways for the city’s business community to get involved, and one of the perks being offered to those that do is to have their Logo Design included in the function’s marketing materials.
The 2021-2022 Leadership Cedar Park initiative will begin on August 31, and it will wrap up with a graduation on May 11, 2022. The events will be held at various locations. The final date to apply is July 12.
