An offshoot of Whole Foods, ‘365 by Whole Foods Market’ has announced three new locations, one of which will be in Cedar Park, Texas.
A grocery store operated along the lines of its parent company, 365 less expensive selections.
The first 365 to open will be in the Los Angeles neighborhood of Silver Lake and will followed by stores in Bellevue, Washington; Santa Monica, California; and Portland, Oregon. Recently, the grocery chain has announced the signing of leases in three more cities for its 365 stores: San Francisco, California; Cincinnati, Ohio; and Cedar Park.
It will, however, be a while before poster and banner printing services will be call on to announce the new stores' opening. Whole Foods begins opening 365 stores in the second half of 2016 and expects to have a total of 10 stores open in 2017.
Whole Foods was founded in 1978 by Renee Lawson and John Mackey in Austin, Texas. Over the next few decades, the company enjoyed rapid expansion as the concept of eating foods that are fresh, less processed, and grown organically took root. The chain has based its ethos around healthy eating and became the premier nationally certified organic grocer in the U.S. With animal welfare as a priority, all Whole Foods meats are free from hormones and antibiotics
