Mohawk Austin presents the annual cheese festival, Quesoff.
Quesoff is the cheesiest competition in Austin. It is a celebration of all things queso. There will be a diverse lineup of restaurants and chefs, such as Eldorado Cafe, Creole Queso, Voodoo Majic, The Cavalier, Tejas Birria, ONETACO, Chef Flacos’ Salsa, Up To No Gouda, and Hawk’s Hot Chicken, and many more taking part in the competition. Contestants will make their cheesiest dip and go head to head in four groups - Veggie, Meaty, Spicy, and Wild Card. A panel of judges will choose the overall best queso dip and crown them Best in Show. Entertainment will be provided by DJ uLOVEi. The house queso will be provided by Franklin Barbecue and H-E-B will provide chips for dipping.
Tickets cost $20 and all proceeds will go towards the Central Texas Food Bank. They provide food to families who are in need and local nonprofits in the community.
