Creativity flows at unique Austin festival

Film, mixed art, dance and theater will be featured in Austin’s upcoming Fusebox Festival, to be held at a range of venues across the city.

Live performances, art installations, workshops and talks will take place in clubs, theaters, small galleries, and outside in parks, empty lots and neighborhoods. There will be both local, national and international artists featured during next month’s six-day festival.

First organized in 2005 by a group of artists, the Fusebox Festival is a unique celebration of Austin’s creativity that also welcomes diverse, emerging talent from afar.

Some of the festival highlights include yoga and meditation-styled workshops, a performance by the Austin Symphony Orchestra, nightly showings of a film called The Oath that will be projected on the sides of buildings, and, Fusebox Hub, late-night pop-up gatherings where artists perform and mingle with audiences.

While celebrating its 22nd anniversary, the annual event is moving to become a biennial celebration this year and continues to be made possible by support from individuals and businesses.

Sponsors of festivals such as this frequently use Print shops for their Logo Design services.

Fusebox Festival will run from April 13 to 19, 2026 at many Austin locations. A full schedule is posted on the event website. Tickets are available online for individual events, some of which are free to attend, although there is an option to make a donation.
