Crave Artisan Market has a new location here in Columbia.
This is the third restaurant of the brand and on Main Street within the Arcade Mall. West Columbia and a restaurant on Millwood Avenue are their other locations.
The space was once home to Takosushi restaurant, which closed over the summer. Louis Williams and his brother, Jamea, are co-owners of this establishment as well as the other two and had been looking for some time to expand to Main Street.
The market offers the classics which are typically found in a sandwich shop as well as a selection of over 30 soups and a wide range of salads. Also offered are some unique sandwiches with new side, soup, and sandwich specials offered every week. Such new locations can partner with local Print shops to create promotional materials that showcase special offers and highlight their unique features.
Distinctive from its other locations, the shop on Main Street has a full coffee bar, and offers smoothies, matcha drinks, lattes, and espresso. Williams said that this was a way to incorporate the bar space from the previous establishment.
Crave Artisan Market is closed on the weekends but is open during the week from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Breakfast is served from when the shop opens until 10:30 a.m.
