Keller Williams (KW) Preferred is moving to new office space in Columbia on Parklane Road. This is in the northeast part of the city and is just off Highway 277.
These relocations often call for Stationery printers as new Business Cards, Letterheads, and other corporate materials that need to be printed.
Keller Williams is a residential real estate agency and was represented by Orie Brown with KW Commercial in the transaction. Keller Willaims was secured by NAI Columbia, representing Appian Investments, a Greenville-based real estate fund.
The building to which Keller Williams will be moving was purchased by Appian Investments in December 2023. It is a Class A premier office building composed of four stories. At that time there was only one tenant housed here occupying 14 percent of the space. Since then, Jeff Hein, a senior broker, and Will Dupree and Hope Andrews, brokerage associates, have confirmed a further seven tenancies for the building, the latest being Keller Willams, so that the building is now occupied at 64 percent.
The building is on 8.75 acres managed by NAI Earle Furman. The lobby has been renovated. It has access 24 hours a day and offers 592 parking spots. Keller Williams occupies 9,720 square feet of office space.
Hein said that the progress being made in leasing the building demonstrates impressive developments in the region and the building’s excellent location off the highway.
