The city of Anderson will be the location of two car shows in June. Both will feature vintage and modern vehicles on display.
The first show will be the 17th annual Saturday B4 Father’s Day Car Show hosted by the Main Street Organization. Over 150 cars, trucks, and other vehicles of any make, model, and year will be on display along Main Street. Last year’s cost to register a vehicle was $15 in advance or $20 on the day of the festival, and registration is open to the public. The public will have the opportunity to vote for their favorite car.
The second show will be held a week later. The 2nd annual Anderson Jockey Lot’s Car Show will offer cash prizes of $200, $300, and $1,000 for the top three cars. Admission is free.
Both shows will likely be advertised using Flyers obtained from an Anderson printing company. These items can then be distributed in local newspapers or posted at various public buildings in the city.
