Business class for new entrepreneurs to be held in Anderson

The Build Your Own Business (BYOB) series is set to return to Anderson this June.

Hosted by the City of Anderson Economic Development organization, the series was created to provide aspiring local entrepreneurs with a thorough introduction to the skills, resources, and information they will need to launch their own successful businesses.

This educational year-long business series takes place on the third Thursday of every month from January to December, and although recent months have seen the event moved to the video calling platform Zoom, it hopes to return in its physical form next month. Poster printing is often used by those who organize such events to capture the attention of anyone who is interested in participating.

Each month, experts will lead a workshop that focuses on a specific business topic and provide participants with the tools and information they will need to develop their own companies. This informative Anderson event will center on the topic of how to develop the ideal blueprint for an individual business plan. The organizers of similar events often use flyer printing to give all those who are attending written summaries of the workshop topic.

Anyone who is interested can attend for free and may register online for the inclusion of a free lunch.

The latest educational workshop in this series is scheduled to occur on Thursday, June 18
at 102 North Murray Avenue from 12:00 pm to 1:30 pm.
