Award-winning wedding festival to return to Anderson

The Bleckley Station in Anderson will host a wedding festival in January where couples can connect with wedding-related businesses.

The 2024 Wedding Festival is a convention that allows couples and their families to meet with several types of vendors in the wedding industry. Many business categories are represented at the expo, such as tabletop designs, bridal gowns, and wedding cakes. There will be a panel where conventiongoers can ask questions to wedding experts and a runway for showcasing current wedding fashions. The first 600 brides who enter the trade show can register for a Swarovski Crystal Earrings giveaway. Organizations in charge of industry expos like this may use banner printing to advertise their shows to consumers.

The event is organized by Wedding Festivals, an organization founded by Marc and Colleen Wheeler. The company is based in Greenville, South Carolina and has been hosting wedding events since 1990. The Wheelers have won several awards, such as the International Directors Cup Award and Best of Show Decorations Award. The organization works with over 300 exhibitors and hosts events in cities like Anderson, Spartanburg, and Fletcher.

The wedding festival will take place on Saturday, January 13th from 10:00am to 1:00pm. Tickets cost $8 when purchased online and $10 at the door. Brides can also buy VIP tickets for $45 to receive perks like express check-in to the trade show and a makeup bag.
