The 2021 South Carolina Agritourism Association (SCAA) Annual Conference is set to be hosted in Anderson this January.
Those who wish to join the annual conference can purchase tickets online at $100 for SCAA members or at $150 for non-members.
To start, the annual conference will begin at Holiday Inn Anderson with a networking event between 6:00 pm and 8:00 pm. The next day from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, participants will take a bus tour to locations including the Chattooga Belle Farm, Whispering Pines, and the Bart Garrison Agricultural Museum of South Carolina.
From 6:00 pm to 8:30 pm, attendees go to Carsons Steak Warehouse and Saloon to enjoy a networking dinner event. On the third day from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, participants will tour locations including the Happy Cow Creamery, City Scapes Winery, and Denver Downs Farm. The participants of similar conferences frequently use business card printing to share physical Copies of contact information with fellow attendees.
To follow state health and safety guidelines and make social distancing easier, the 2021 conference will feature more time spent outdoors. For the tours, participants are welcome to drive their own vehicles or to ride on the main bus.
The South Carolina Agritourism Association Annual Conference is scheduled to proceed from Thursday, January 24 to Saturday, January 26.
