Pets and their people have been invited to attend an event in Anderson that will offer Halloween-themed fun for furry friends.
Those who come to the Howl-O-Ween celebration are invited to bring along the furry, feathery and scaly members of the family and participate in the activities that have been planned for the day. There will be a costume contest, as well as micro chipping, a pet parade, pet grooming and photography, and an agility course.
Treats will be given out for the pets, as well as their owners, and there will be an assortment of vendors on site as well. The proceeds from the day will be donated to local not-for-profit groups that provide support and other assistance for people living with cancer, as well as the area Humane Society, AC Pets are Worth Saving, and the community dog park. Everyone is welcome to join in the fun while lending a helping hand to both people and pets alike. Poster printing can be used to create an assortment of promotional materials for a special evening such as this.
October 27 has been selected as the date for this celebration, which will be held on South Main Street in Anderson. Anyone who would like to receive additional information can contact the organizers through the group’s Facebook page.
