One of the traditions of the Christmas holiday is the chance to have a meal with Santa himself, and the Jolly Old Elf is coming to Leechburg for that purpose.
Lingrow Farm is the location of the upcoming holiday brunch/breakfast event, with a menu featuring sausage with scrambled eggs, and a fruit medley. After the meal, Santa and Mrs. Claus will be part of a meet-and-greet with attendees.
The breakfast is a plated, sit-down meal, and each session will start promptly, so people who are planning to attend should be at the venue 15 minutes before their meal is scheduled to begin. The tables hold a maximum of eight people, meaning there is limited seating, and it is not possible for organizers to guarantee private tables. The Gilpin Township Police will receive part of the proceeds of the event.
Lingrow Farm is a retreat in the country surrounded by 40 acres of farmland. It is often chosen as a venue for private events, especially weddings, for which it is well known. The farm has a team of caterers on site who serve professional-quality food.
Breakfast with Santa is scheduled for Sunday, December 4, with two sittings, one at 10:00 am and the other at 1:00 pm. Lingrow Farm is at 188 Forks Church Road in Leechburg. Anyone interested should make reservations soon. In planning events like these, organizers may consider using poster printing to create cheerful holiday advertising.
