The Leechburg Youth Baseball Association (LYBA) Monster Mash Bingo Bash is taking place this October.
The event includes DJ bingo, a costume contest and raffles, including a door prize. There will be separate costume contest categories for kids and adults. All costumes need to be family friendly. DJ bingo combines traditional bingo with a “name that tune” challenge. The game creator promises a more engaging and interactive experience for players of any age. Bingo games will be played digitally during the event, so the organizers recommend that attendees have their phones fully charged.
Tickets are available for $20 in advance or $25 at the door. Those planning to attend can send their payments to LYBA through Venmo @Leechburg-YouthBaseball. The ticket price includes soft drinks, one entry in the door prize drawing and participation in the costume contest. There will be a cash bar for adults.
Proceeds will support LYBA, which manages baseball teams for kids ranging from tee-ball through 12 and under. Local organizations often use flyer printing services to promote their fundraising events. Photos will be taken throughout the evening, and these may be used on LYBA’s social media pages and other promotional materials.
The LYBA Monster Mash Bingo Bash will take place on Friday, October 24 at the Marconi Club in Leechburg. Doors will open at 6:00 pm.
