New riverfront development to come to Bristol

Now underway is the second phase of Radcliffe Court on the Delaware, which will see a condominium complex of buildings with 96 units introduced to the new neighborhood.

The first phase of the project, which spans 14 acres north of downtown Bristol, was the construction of 76 townhouse condominiums reaching two stories tall, all of which have been sold.

BCS Builders, based in Newtown, is the developer for the community, which costs $40m to build. Radcliffe Court is within walking distance of Bristol Station on the Trenton Line of the Regional Rail Service overseen by the Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority. It has easy access to the Bristol Spurline Park Trail, which is a section of the regional Circuit Trails network. This trail heads south to downtown Bristol and north to the Turnpike Bridge, and has a sidewalk connection to the Mill Street business district.

There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms in each of the condominiums, with a corner balcony and close to 1,200 square feet of living space. There are views of the river from most of the units. Brochure printing can be used to provide more details about the features and amenities of such developments.

Ralph DiGuiseppe III, Mayor of Bristol, said that this development highlights the many improvements taking place in town and that residents are becoming more interested in how walkable the town is.
