At least $6.5m will be invested by B. Mazzocchi Development for three separate projects along Radcliffe Street in Bristol. This project would include its first hotel, additional accommodations, and a venue for entertainment.
The Radcliffe Hotel would be the focus of the development. It will be on Radcliffe Street where the Fidelity Savings Bank was once located and will be redesigned as the only hotel in the borough. It will feature 10 rooms, including a suite on the third floor with a full-sized kitchen.
Another 14-room hotel is in the works in the former site of a Wells Fargo bank. It is still to be determined whether these will be more like an Airbnb offering or a traditional hotel style. There will also be a restaurant and bar or a hall for catering for private events.
Further down the street will be an entertainment complex, spanning two stories and 10,000 square feet, complete with picnic tables, stationary food trucks, a restaurant, a sports bar, and a rooftop deck.
Such projects can benefit from banner printing to inform residents of their benefits for the community.
The first hotel is expected to be completed by next month, while the second accommodation will be completed within the year. As yet, no date has been set for the opening of the entertainment venue.
