Bristol bank appoints new financial center manager

Mike Sabo has been named as the new financial center manager of the location of Mid Penn Bancorp in Bristol.

Updated business card printing is often called upon when such appointments are announced.

This appointment is part of the ongoing efforts of the company to strengthen community engagement and local leadership. Sabo joined Mid Penn Bank when it merged with William Penn Bank. At William Penn Bank, he was the director of marketing and oversaw brand management and strengthening, as well as community outreach, public relations, communications, and collaboration among the retail branches, executive team, and external agencies.

Prior to joining William Penn Bank, he owned a boutique marketing firm that advised non-profit organizations, elected officials, government agencies, and small businesses on all aspects of public relations, communications, and marketing.

In his new role, Sabo looks forward to the challenge of solving problems for his customers, such as helping families to save money or a business to increase its profit margins, and hopes to forge lasting relationships with these customers.

Among the recent efforts of Mid Penn Bancorp to increase its engagement with the local community are rolling out a free fraud prevention training program for business clients and providing a donation to the Opportunity Scholarship Tax Credit scholarship for the Friends Select School in Philadelphia.

The Bristol location of Mid Penn Bancorp is at 201 Pond Street.
