Bristol will soon be the home to a new craft brewery.
A variance was approved by the Bristol Township Zoning Hearing Board to enable what was once the Upper Deck Bar and Grill on Durham Road to become a craft brewery. Parliament Durham LLC, with locations in Wrightstown Township and Philadelphia, said that the purpose of the location will be produce craft beer to be sold at the location in Philadelphia. There will also be a tasting room with 10 seats and takeout capabilities. Local Print shops are often hired to provide more details about such upcoming establishments.
There are other businesses in that block on Durham Road which will remain while the updates to the former eatery will improve the appearance of the shopping area. The current owner of the site, PER-SONS Associates LP, will split the property so that Parliament Durham LLC can purchase the part of the property that includes the shopping area. PER-SONS will operate a fabrication shop behind the shopping area.
There are two other craft breweries in Bristol. Second Sin Brewing Company is in what was the Broken Goblet Brewing Company, the first craft brewery in the township which has moved to a larger space in Bensalem. Neshaminy Creek Brewing Company is the second one to have a production facility and tasting room in Croydon.Get a Free Quote for Print
