Bucks County Community College, which has a campus in Bristol, has a new alliance with Arizona State University (ASU) offering the MyPath2ASU program that will provide students with a seamless transfer experience between the two institutions of higher education.
Students in the MyPath2ASU program will be able to create at the beginning of their college experience a plan to be able to transfer to ASU smoothly and successfully. The program has a set of tools enabling students to transfer to ASU after earning an associate degree or sufficient credits so that their completion time is shortened.
Among the tools that are part of this program are:
• Ensuring the applicability of courses so that the courses students take can be used for both their associate and bachelor’s degrees.
• A self-service, degree progress tracking system to minimize potential loss of credit
• A guaranteed general admission to ASU as long as all requirements for a student’s major have been met
• A connected experience with ASU so students are prepared for their experience at ASU
More information and details about such programs as this can often be provided with brochure printing.
Bucks County Community College and ASU will work together to promote pathways to degree completion, offering both in-class and online courses. These pathways will ensure that the courses which students take will be applicable toward their degree in their chosen major and minimize credit loss.
